Custom software · Colorado Springs
Custom software and web apps for local businesses.
We build the web applications and internal tools a business runs on: customer portals, booking and scheduling, quoting and estimating, dashboards and workflow automation. Each one is built, secured and hosted on Microsoft Azure, in your own account, so you own the code and the data.
What we build
Software shaped around how your business already works
Most small businesses run on spreadsheets, email threads and a few subscriptions that do not talk to each other. A focused application can replace the retyping and give customers and staff one place to work.
Customer portals
Accounts for your customers to see their orders, documents, invoices and requests, with online payment where it fits.
Booking and scheduling
Appointments, service visits and resources booked online, checked against real availability and synced to Microsoft 365 calendars.
Quoting and estimating
Structured intake that turns a customer’s description into a priced estimate your team reviews before it goes out.
Dashboards
The numbers you check every week, pulled from the systems you already use into one page.
Workflow automation
Approvals, hand-offs and notifications that happen on their own instead of by email reminder.
AI where it helps
Reading documents, summarizing requests or answering routine questions, built into the application with access controls, not added as a separate chatbot.
What we run ourselves
We build and operate our own software the same way we build yours. These run our business every day:
- Client portal and help desk: Microsoft and Google sign-in, per-company dashboards and access levels, an AI assistant that triages requests, time tracking and billing approval.
- Password vault: secrets stored in Azure Key Vault, with one-time sharing links that expire after a single view.
- Endpoint monitoring: checks on websites, servers and network devices every minute, with a public status page and alert emails.
- Instant estimator: the estimate form on this site, which scopes a plain-language request against our published rates and emails a range.
How a project runs
- ScopeA conversation about what the application has to do, then a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.
- First version earlyA working first version in your own Azure account, so you can use it and steer the rest of the build.
- Build in short roundsFeatures delivered in small steps, each one shown working before the next begins.
- Secure and launchCompany sign-in, HTTPS, backups and secrets in Azure Key Vault, then go-live on your domain.
- Hand overThe source code, admin instructions and a walkthrough. Hosting and maintenance afterwards are optional.
What it costs
- Single-purpose app, from $1,500: one focused tool such as a form, tracker or dashboard.
- Business web app, from $4,500: company sign-in, a database, admin pages and email notifications.
- Customer portal, from $9,500: customer accounts, online payments, roles and one AI feature.
- Hosting: Azure bills you directly; most small-business applications run about $15–60 a month.
Every project is scoped and priced in writing before work starts. Larger or ongoing work is billed at our published rate of $175 an hour. Bugs found in the first 30 days after launch are fixed at no charge.
Questions
Who owns the application?
You do. It runs in your own Azure account and you receive the full source code.
Can staff sign in with our Microsoft 365 or Google accounts?
Yes. Staff sign in with the accounts they already have, and access ends when an account is disabled.
Do you build phone apps?
We build web applications that work well on phones. Native App Store apps are outside what we offer.
Can it connect to the software we already use?
Usually. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Stripe, QuickBooks, Business Central and most systems with an API can be connected. If something cannot be, we say so during scoping.
Describe what you need
Tell us who will use it and what they need to do. We will reply with a preliminary range and suggest a first version.
Thanks — that is on its way.
Your preliminary estimate is being prepared and will arrive by email within a few minutes. If it is urgent, call 719-451-1218.
