Owen Hoffmaster has spent over 23 years building and defending IT infrastructure — from military networks to enterprise cloud environments — before bringing that experience home to Colorado Springs.

Owen’s career started in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Data Network Administrator, then continued as a network systems contractor supporting Marine Corps operations. From there, he spent nearly five years as an Active Directory Engineer for the Defense Intelligence Agency in Stuttgart, Germany — managing identity infrastructure across 500+ domain controllers and 120,000+ user accounts in one of the most security-conscious environments in the world.
After returning stateside, Owen spent the next decade in managed IT services and consulting — as a Systems Engineer for a national IT services provider, an IT Consultant for a Denver-based consulting firm, and currently as a Dedicated Consulting Engineer for a national managed services provider, where he architects cloud infrastructure and leads escalations for enterprise clients nationwide.
That decade in the MSP world taught Owen how IT consulting firms actually need to run — what works, what doesn’t, and where most businesses get underserved.
