Three ways to work with Summit Networks.
Start with the phone, add security and support when you are ready, or just bring us in for a project. Every plan comes with one client portal at help.summitnet.io, where you can see your calls, requests, monitoring and invoices.
For businesses that miss calls. An AI receptionist answers your line every hour of the day and sends you what matters.
- Your calls answered 24/7 in your business’s name
- 250 minutes a month included, then $0.35 a minute
- Every call summarized and emailed to you: who called, what they need, how urgent
- Texts and picture messages to your number, read and summarized the same way
- Calls and texts listed in your client portal
- Use a new local number, or forward your existing one
$299 one-time setup.
For small offices that want their phones, email and accounts handled properly, with one place to see all of it.
- Everything in Front Desk, with 600 minutes and appointment booking into your Microsoft 365 calendar
- Email security set up and kept right: SPF, DKIM and DMARC at enforcement, so nobody can send mail as you
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace security baseline: multi-factor sign-in, admin accounts locked down, risky settings off
- Your domain, website certificate and email records monitored daily, with a monthly report card
- Your website and key systems watched around the clock
- A shared password vault for your team, with one-time secure sharing
- Unlimited AI help desk for your whole team
- Engineer time when a person is needed, at $175/hr, only with your OK
$299 one-time setup.
For a project, a second opinion, or a problem nobody else could close. No monthly plan needed.
- Network design, firewalls and Wi-Fi
- Microsoft 365 and Azure security, CMMC readiness
- AI phone assistants and automation
- Remote work billed in 30-minute increments; on-site visits have a two-hour minimum
- After hours: $225/hr
- Prepaid hour blocks available; unused hours roll over for up to two months
- Projects are scoped and approved in writing before work starts
Not sure where to start? Check your email first.
Most local businesses we checked can be impersonated by email: anyone can send a message that looks like it came from them. Our free check reads your domain’s public records and emails you a plain-English report. If it finds problems, we fix them for a fixed $495, done within a week.
How getting started works
- A short callWe learn how your business answers the phone, where your email lives and how many people you have.
- SetupWe set up your line, your portal account and, on Secure Office, your security baseline. Most offices are running within a week.
- One place for everythingYou and your team sign in at help.summitnet.io to see calls, requests, monitoring and invoices, and pay online.
Questions
Does the AI receptionist sound like a robot?
It speaks naturally, answers in your business’s name and keeps the call short. Callers can always leave a message for a person, and anything urgent is flagged at the top of the email we send you.
Is there a contract?
Front Desk and Secure Office are month to month after setup. Advisory work is scoped and approved piece by piece.
How fast will an engineer respond?
The AI help desk answers immediately, any hour. Engineer time is best effort during business hours and billed only with your OK; we do not sell a guaranteed response time.
What counts as a user on Secure Office?
Each person with a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account we look after. Shared mailboxes and the AI receptionist are not users.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Every invoice has a secure online payment link: bank transfer (ACH) with no fee, or card with a small processing fee. You can also turn on automatic payment from your bank.
Ready when you are
