Managed IT · Colorado Springs
Your local, trusted MSP for Colorado Springs.
Monitoring, patching, help desk, backup and security — run to a documented standard by certified engineers, on one flat monthly rate you can see before you call.
What managed IT covers
Somebody is watching this before it becomes your problem.
Managed IT means we look after the systems continuously rather than waiting for something to break and billing you by the hour. Six things run on a schedule, whether or not anyone has called.
Monitoring
Servers, workstations and network gear watched around the clock, with critical alerts triaged the same day.
Patching
Operating systems and third-party software updated on a schedule, not when somebody remembers.
Help desk
An AI assistant answers first, around the clock, and handles or triages what comes in. Anything it cannot resolve goes to an engineer, best effort during business hours.
Backup & recovery
Backups monitored on Business Core; restores actually tested on Total Care. Backup & recovery →
Security baseline
MFA, endpoint protection, conditional access and access reviews. Cloud security →
vCIO planning
Budget, licensing and hardware refresh planned ahead, so renewals stop arriving as surprises.

Three plans, published
Every plan includes the AI help desk and the proactive work below. Anything that takes an engineer’s time is billed at our published hourly rates, so you only pay for people when you actually need one. Plans are per user, per month, on a 5-user minimum, with a one-time onboarding fee quoted before you sign. Any plan can be priced per device instead for server-heavy environments.
For small teams (1–10 users) who need reliable coverage without the extras.

Project work outside the plan — migrations, cabling, office moves, one-off assessments — is quoted separately at $175/hr during business hours, $225/hr after hours, approved in writing before anything starts. On-site visits have a two-hour minimum; remote work is billed in 30-minute increments. See full pricing →
Onboarding you get to keep
In the first 30 days we document what you have: asset inventory, network diagram, admin credentials in a vault you also hold, a tested backup restore, and a security baseline. It’s yours whether or not you stay with us.
How support actually works
- Your team calls, emails or asks the assistantAn AI assistant answers first, day or night, and resolves or triages it.
- An engineer picks up what it cannot fixBest effort during business hours, billed at our published hourly rates. We do not sell a guaranteed response time.
- Remote first, on site when it needs handsMost issues close remotely in minutes. Colorado Springs, Florissant and Divide get a person when they need one.
- It closes with an explanationIn language you can forward to somebody else, with the root cause named.
What size business is this actually for?
Most managed IT clients run 5–100 staff. Below five users the minimum makes the maths hard to justify, and we will tell you that rather than sell you a plan that does not fit.
What happens if something breaks outside business hours?
The AI help desk takes intake around the clock, and monitoring alerts are triaged continuously. Engineer work happens on a best-effort basis during business hours; we do not sell a guaranteed response time, and whatever we do agree goes in the proposal in writing. After-hours project work is billed at $225/hr.
Do I have to switch everything over at once?
No. Most engagements start with whatever is causing the most pain — the help desk, backup, or a server nobody wants to touch — and expand from there. We coordinate the handover with your outgoing provider, and if they won’t cooperate we rebuild the documentation from the environment itself.
Is hardware and licensing included in the monthly rate?
No, and no provider who tells you otherwise is being straight with you. The plan covers our work. Hardware, software licenses and other pass-through costs are billed at what they cost us, itemised, with no markup games.
