Services & Pricing

Clear pricing, published up front.

Managed IT, cybersecurity, networking and AI integration for businesses that depend on their technology working. Every rate on this page is published, so you can budget before you talk to anyone. Projects are scoped and approved in writing before work starts, and the number you agree to is the number you are invoiced.

AI integration builds

Custom chatbots, intake automation, and workflow AI — the same kind of automation that powers this site’s own instant estimate tool — priced by scope: a single workflow is a flat fee from $1,500, a department build runs $15,000 to $60,000, and redesigning how the whole company works starts at $75,000, after a paid discovery from $7,500. Model and API usage is an ongoing monthly cost, billed separately.

Which tier fits

  • Essentials — you mainly need someone watching: patching, endpoint protection, and a queue that actually gets answered. Usually under ten users.
  • Business Core — you want phone support, backups genuinely monitored, and someone else dealing with your vendors. Ten to fifty users. Most businesses land here.
  • Total Care — you hold sensitive data or a compliance obligation and want strategy as well as support, including a monthly virtual CIO call.

Not sure? Tell us the user count and what is going wrong, and we will say which one we would put you on — including when that is the cheapest one.

What the monthly fee does not cover

Being specific about this now saves an awkward conversation in month two.

  • Hardware and software licenses — quoted separately and approved before anything is bought.
  • Project work — cabling, migrations, office moves and one-off assessments, quoted at $175/hour or as a fixed scope. Cabling typically runs $225–$350 per Cat6 drop — see the cabling price guide.
  • Non-urgent after-hours work — $225/hour.
  • One-time onboarding — a single fee at the start to document and stabilize what you already have.

All of it is agreed in writing before it happens. No surprise invoices.

Are these the exact prices I’d pay?

They’re accurate starting points. Your final price depends on user/device count, current environment, and any compliance requirements — ask us for a consultation and we will give you an exact number, no obligation.

What if I have more devices than employees?

Any tier can be priced per-device instead of per-user — common for environments with lots of servers, shared workstations, or network equipment relative to headcount. Mention this when you request your estimate.

Is there a long-term contract?

Managed IT plans run on a standard annual agreement, which is what lets us commit real resources — proactive work and a consistent point of contact — to your environment. Full terms are covered when you get your quote.

What’s not included in these prices?

New hardware/software purchases, major projects (cabling, migrations), and anything outside normal support are quoted separately and always approved in writing before work begins — never billed as a surprise.

I’m not sure which tier fits my business.

That’s normal — most people aren’t sure until they see their actual numbers. Ask us for a consultation or call and we’ll tell you plainly which tier fits, including if the honest answer is “you don’t need us yet.”
