Business Phone Systems · Colorado Springs
Most VoIP problems are network problems.
We install the phone system and the network underneath it, so there is nobody to blame and nobody to call twice.
The network comes first
QoS, VLANs and PoE sized properly. Choppy calls are almost always the switch, not the handset.
Carrier-neutral
We are not reselling one provider’s platform. We fit the system to your business and tell you what it costs.
Ported without a dead day
Number porting planned around a cutover date, with the old service live until the new one answers.
Both layers, one team
When a call drops, the person who cabled the office and configured the switch is the person who fixes it.
What we do

Phone systems for businesses that would rather the phones simply worked than understand why they do not.
- Hosted VoIP setup — extensions, ring groups, auto-attendant, voicemail-to-email
- Network readiness — QoS, VLAN separation, PoE capacity and bandwidth checked before a single handset arrives
- Number porting — scheduled around a cutover so you never lose a day of calls
- Handsets and softphones — desk phones, mobile apps, or both, provisioned and labeled
- Conference rooms and common areas — the awkward extensions everyone forgets until go-live
- Documentation — dial plan, extension list and admin handover you could give to another engineer
Why the network matters more than the phone

A hosted phone system is only as good as the connection under it. Jitter, packet loss and a switch with no quality-of-service configured will make an expensive platform sound cheap — and the phone provider will correctly tell you it is not their problem.
We check the network first because that is where the fault usually is. If your existing cabling or switching will not carry voice properly, we will say so before you buy handsets rather than after.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace our cabling?
Usually not. Cat5e carries voice fine in most offices. What matters more is whether your switch supports PoE and quality-of-service, and whether the runs were terminated properly. We check before quoting rather than assuming the worst.
Can you keep our existing numbers?
Yes. Porting is standard and we plan it around a cutover date, keeping the old service live until the new system is answering. The risky part is timing, not the port itself.
Which provider do you use?
Whichever suits the site. We are not tied to one platform, which means we have no reason to recommend a system that does not fit. Expect a straight comparison rather than a pitch.
What if calls are already choppy on our current system?
That is a network question, and often a cheaper fix than replacing the phones. We would look at the switch, the QoS configuration and the circuit before recommending you buy anything.
