Network services

Designed, installed, documented and fixed by the engineers who will support them.

Cloud security & compliance

Microsoft 365 and Azure locked down, backups that survive ransomware, and evidence an auditor will accept.

Managed IT & support

Want someone to run all of it? Monthly plans, hourly support and independent advice.

What it costs

Published rates, so you can size a budget before you talk to anyone.

  • Managed IT — $79 to $185 per user, per month, depending on how much you want covered. Five-user minimum.
  • Project work — $175/hour in business hours, $225 after hours. Cabling, migrations, installs and assessments are scoped and approved in writing before anything starts.
  • AI integration builds — from $1,500 for a single workflow, $15,000 to $60,000 for a department build, and from $75,000 to redesign how the whole company works. Model and API usage is an ongoing cost, billed separately.

How an engagement starts

Step 1
Tell us what you need
User count, sites, and what is actually causing trouble. About two minutes, and no call required.
Step 2
Get a real number
A preliminary range in minutes, built from the published rates above — not a callback next week.
Step 3
Agree the scope in writing
What is included, what it costs, and what happens if it changes. Then the work starts.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • Businesses of roughly five to a hundred people
  • One site, or several across El Paso and Teller County
  • Firms with something real to protect — client data, uptime, a compliance obligation
  • Anyone who would rather have a named engineer accountable than a ticket queue

Probably not

  • Home users and single-machine problems
  • Fewer than five users, where a managed plan does not earn its cost
  • One-off consumer repairs
  • Anyone choosing purely on hourly rate

If you are close to the line, ask anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to move everything at once?

No. Most engagements start with the one thing that is actually hurting — a network that keeps dropping, a backup nobody has ever tested, a migration that stalled. Managed cover can follow once you have seen how we work.

Am I really dealing with one person?

You work with the engineers doing the work. That is the point of this, and it is also the honest limit: the AI help desk takes intake around the clock, but this is not a 24/7 staffed human helpdesk. For a business of five to a hundred people, senior engineers who know your environment usually beat a rota of strangers who do not.

We already have an IT provider. Is this awkward?

Usually not. Plenty of this work sits alongside an incumbent — a second opinion, a project they do not take on, a security assessment. We are not trying to take the account unless you ask us to.

How quickly do you respond?

The AI help desk takes intake around the clock and handles or triages it immediately. When a problem needs an engineer, that work happens on a best-effort basis during business hours and is billed at our published hourly rates. We do not sell a guaranteed response time.

What does it cost to find out?

Nothing. The estimate takes about a minute and carries no obligation and no sales call unless you ask for one.
