Employee attendance · Colorado Springs

Know who was on site, without a punch card or a badge.

Summit Attendance reads the IP cameras you already have, recognizes the people who have agreed to it, and keeps a clean daily record of first in and last seen. Consent and privacy are built in, and we install it and support it.

One screen answers “who was here, and when?”

Every day is a timeline, one bar per person from first in to last seen. A grid shows each person’s days at a glance, and one click downloads the whole range as a CSV for your payroll or HR records. See every feature →

What you get

Your cameras, our software, nothing for staff to do.

Built for offices, shops, clinics and yards that already have a camera on the door. Details are on the features page.

Uses cameras you own

Any IP camera that streams RTSP works, including the Reolink and Amcrest models we run ourselves. No cameras yet? We supply and install them, quoted in writing first.

Hands-free

People walk in as they always do. The first and last time each person is seen becomes that day’s record, with the camera that saw them.

Your own private site

Every customer gets a separate system with its own database and storage and your name on it. Your faces never share a database with another business.

Easy corrections

Faces the system is unsure about land in a short review list, one click to confirm. Missed a day, or someone used the sign-in sheet? Add a manual entry.

Ignores screens and posters

A face on a TV or a monitor is detected and skipped automatically, so a lobby display never clocks anyone in.

Live camera view

Open a camera from the dashboard, expand it to high resolution when you need detail, and it goes back to low bandwidth the moment you close it.

Consent and privacy are part of the product

Colorado requires written notice and consent before an employer collects biometric data. Nobody is identified without a consent on record, every site comes with a written biometric policy and consent form, and deleting a person deletes their face data. How privacy and consent work →

Simple pricing, per site

$99 a month per site for up to 25 people and 2 cameras, plus a $299 one-time setup. Each extra person is $4 a month. What is included →

Is this legal in Colorado?

Using face recognition on employees is allowed with written notice and consent, a written retention policy and a deletion process. Summit Attendance provides each of those. You remain responsible for how you use it, so have your attorney review the policy.

Is this a time clock?

It is an attendance record, not a punch-in clock. It captures the first and last time each person is seen and gives you timelines and a CSV for your payroll or HR records. It does not calculate pay or replace your payroll system.

What if someone does not want to be scanned?

Then they are not enrolled. The system only identifies people who have consented, and anyone can use the manual sign-in entry instead.

How accurate is it?

It depends on the camera position and lighting, so we check your doorway before you buy. Anything the system is unsure about goes to a review list instead of being recorded as a guess.

Where is the data stored?

In a separate private Azure environment for your business, in the United States. Your video stays on your network; only small face crops are sent to your site, and they are deleted after 60 days by default.

Do you sell outside Colorado?

Not yet. Other states have their own biometric rules and we are starting where we can install and support it in person.
