What can I ask the assistant?
What can it actually help with?
Describe your project and it’ll walk you through getting a real cost estimate. It can also answer general questions about our services.
Can it check availability and book an appointment?
Yes. Just ask to schedule a time, and it’ll check the calendar and book it for you directly.
Can it look up a previous estimate?
If you already have a reference ID from an estimate email, mention it and the assistant will pull up your prior request instead of starting over.
Can I talk to it instead of typing?
Yes — click the chat button in the bottom-right corner of this page to talk out loud, or call 719-451-1218 to reach the same assistant by phone.
What if I’d rather talk to a person?
Just say so — the assistant will point you to the best way to reach the team directly, or call 719-451-1218 any time.
What it is good at
The assistant is our own build — the same engine behind the instant estimator on this site. It is useful when you want a number or a time without waiting for office hours:
- Scoping a project. Describe an office move, a cabling job, a Microsoft 365 migration or a managed IT requirement and it will ask the few questions it needs, then email a costed range.
- Booking a time. It checks real availability and books the appointment directly, rather than promising a callback.
- Picking up where you left off. Quote a reference ID from a previous estimate email and it continues that thread instead of starting over.
- Answering service questions. What is covered on each managed plan, what cabling costs, what CMMC or HIPAA work involves.
When you want a person instead
Ask for one, and it will hand you off. Some things genuinely need a human first: an outage happening right now, anything involving an active security incident, a compliance deadline with a date attached, or a quote that depends on walking the building. For those, call 719-451-1218 — the same assistant answers that number, and it will route you to an engineer.
What happens to what you tell it
What you type is used to prepare your estimate and to follow up on it. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and it is handled under the same terms as anything else you send us — see our privacy policy. If a question touches confidential details of your environment, say so and we will move it to email or a call rather than the chat window.
It is also an example of what we build
This assistant is not an off-the-shelf chatbot dropped onto a website. It is a scoped automation wired into our own pricing, calendar and estimate records — the same kind of work we do for clients who want intake, scheduling or document handling to stop eating hours every week. AI integration →
