Summit Attendance · features
Everything between the camera and the record.
What the platform does, screen by screen. Everything below runs in your own private site, with your name on it.
Daily timelines
Pick a range, or use Last 7 days, Last 14 days, This month or Last month. Each day shows one bar per person from first in to last seen, with the hours, and a hover shows sightings and the source. Tiles at the top total the hours, people, average visit and busiest day.

A week at a glance, and a CSV for payroll
The person-by-day grid shades each day by hours on site and shows each person’s days, total and average hours and usual arrival and leaving times. Click any cell to see that day. The table view and the CSV download give exact numbers for your payroll or HR records.

And the rest
Built for the real doorway, not the demo.
Review list
Faces the system is not sure about wait in a short list: confirm, assign to a person, or dismiss. Repeat and poor-quality sightings stay out of your way.
People and consent records
Each person has a record with consent date and method, their photos, and their days. Consent is required before the system identifies anyone.
Ignores screens
Faces on TVs, monitors and posters are detected and skipped, so a display never clocks anyone in.
Live camera view
Open any camera from the dashboard. Expand it for high resolution when you need detail; it drops back to low bandwidth the moment you close it.
Headcount cameras
A camera over a warehouse or yard can report how many people are visible without identifying anyone.
Manual entries
Sign-in sheet day, or a day the camera missed? Add an entry with a time in, a time out and a note. It merges into the same day.
Several cameras and sites
Add cameras per site and each site is its own place in the ledger. Each camera shows when it was last heard from.
Audit log
Who added, confirmed, exported or deleted what, and when.
Controlled access
Sign-in is limited to the people you list by email address or company domain. Administrators manage people and settings; everyone else can view.
See it on your own doorway
Tell us how many people and cameras you have. We will show you the live system and say honestly whether it fits.
