Summit Attendance · how it works

From the doorway to the record.

What happens to a face, and what we need from you.

The path of a face

Your camerasvideo stays here Small box on sitefinds faces, skips screenssends small face crops Your private attendance sitematches consented peopletimelines, review, CSV

The box on your network watches the camera feeds. It finds faces, skips faces on screens, and sends only small face crops over an encrypted connection to your private site. Your site matches them against the people who have consented, and records first in and last seen. Anything uncertain goes to the review list.

How getting started works

  1. Request a demoWe show you the live screens and ask about your cameras and how many people you have.
  2. We check your camerasWhere a camera sits decides how well it works. We tell you plainly if a doorway will not work.
  3. We install and set up your siteYour private site, your consent form and the box on your network, remotely or in a single visit.
  4. Your team gives consent, then it runsPeople are added with their written consent, and attendance builds up by itself.

What we need from you

  • A camera that has a clear, front-facing view of the doorway people walk through, with decent light.
  • Cameras that stream RTSP (most Reolink, Amcrest and similar models do), on a network the box can reach.
  • A power outlet and a network port for the box, or a spare computer that meets the specs.
  • Someone to tell your team and collect the signed consent forms.
How good does the camera view need to be?

The face needs to be clearly visible when people come through the door: front-on, not at the end of a long hallway. We look at your live view before you buy and tell you honestly.

What if a camera goes offline?

Each camera shows when it was last heard from, so you can see a problem the same day.

Can we see the camera?

Yes. Open the live view from the dashboard; expand it for high resolution and it drops back to low bandwidth when you close it.

See it on your own doorway

Tell us how many people and cameras you have. We will show you the live system and say honestly whether it fits.
