Phish Triage Agent

Every "is this phishing?" answered in minutes. The Phish Triage Agent examines each email your staff report, gives a plain-language verdict, and finds the same message in everyone else's inbox.

The problem

Staff are told to report suspicious email, then hear nothing back. Reports pile up, the same message sits in ten other inboxes, and people stop reporting.

How it works

1. Receives the reportFrom the Report button in Outlook, the moment someone clicks it.
2. Examines itSender, headers, links and attachments, using Microsoft 365's own security signals and your history.
3. Explains the verdict needs approvalA plain-language note to the person who reported it, from a template you approve: safe, spam or phishing, and why.
4. Finds lookalikesSearches every mailbox for copies of the same message.
