Construction & trades · Colorado Springs, El Paso & Teller County

IT for construction companies and the trades.

Your crews are on jobsites, in trucks and at a home office, not at desks. We set up phones, email, devices and site connectivity around how the work actually happens, and our prices are published: Front Desk from $149 a month, Secure Office at $249 a month plus $35 per user, and project work at $175 an hour.

What contractors need from IT

Built for crews in the field, not a single office.

The problems we see most with builders, remodelers and trade contractors are about calls, money and files moving between people who are rarely in the same place.

Calls answered while you are on a roof

A missed call is often a missed job. An AI receptionist answers your line in your company’s name around the clock and emails you who called, what they need and how urgent it is.

Invoice and payment fraud

Criminals send fake “updated bank details” emails that look like they came from you or your suppliers. SPF, DKIM and DMARC at enforcement stop mail forged in your name, and a callback rule for payment changes stops the rest.

Plans and photos crews can reach

Drawings, submittals and jobsite photos in one shared place in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with access set per project, instead of attachments in personal inboxes.

Phones and tablets that get lost

Multi-factor sign-in on every account and a way to sign a lost device out, so a phone left at a jobsite is a replacement cost, not a data problem.

Jobsite and trailer connectivity

Cellular routers and WiFi for site trailers, yards and shops, with the office network kept separate from cameras and guest devices.

People who come and go

Seasonal hires and subcontractors get the accounts they need and lose them the day they leave. Shared logins move into a password vault the company owns.

What we found when we checked construction and trades businesses email in El Paso and Teller County

In September 2026 we read the public email records of 821 local business domains that receive mail. These are the numbers for construction and trades businesses. No business is named, here or anywhere.

206 of 235

Construction and trades domains could be impersonated by email (88%)

152

had no DMARC record at all, so nothing tells receiving servers to reject forged mail

6

were fully protected: SPF, DKIM and DMARC at enforcement

Start with the free email security check

Contractors move large payments by email: deposits, draws, supplier invoices. A domain that can be impersonated is the opening for a fake invoice that looks like it came from you. The check reads your domain’s public records and emails a plain-English report to an address at that domain, so it reaches the business that owns it and nobody else. Nothing is installed and nobody signs in to anything.

If it finds problems, we fix them for a fixed $495 per domain, done within a week of your go-ahead, with a before-and-after report. Run the check → · Read the full local report →

Which plan fits a construction company

Most contractors start with the phone, then add email and account security as the office grows. Published prices, a $299 one-time setup on the monthly plans, and engineer time only with your OK. Compare all plans →

An honest note on scope

We are not a construction software vendor. We do not sell estimating, scheduling or accounting packages; we make the systems you already use secure, reachable and backed up, and we tell you plainly when a problem belongs to the software vendor. For a new client’s first on-site visit we take a 50% deposit, stated on the estimate.

We are a small crew. Is this worth it?

The phone is often the place to start: Front Desk is $149 a month with a $299 setup and no engineer time bundled in. Add email and account security when you have an office person and shared files worth protecting.

Can you work around jobsite schedules?

Yes. Most work is remote and billed in 30-minute increments, so it happens when it suits you. On-site visits in Colorado Springs, Florissant and Divide have a two-hour minimum.

We already use Microsoft 365. Aren’t we protected?

Not by default. Microsoft 365 makes DKIM and DMARC available, but most businesses never turn them on. In our local research, only 2% of Microsoft 365 domains were fully protected.

Is there a contract?

Front Desk and Secure Office are month to month after setup. Project work is scoped and approved in writing, piece by piece.
