Nonprofits · Colorado Springs, El Paso & Teller County

IT for nonprofits that survives turnover.

Staff change, volunteers rotate and board members use their own devices, while donor records and grant files have to stay safe. We set up accounts, email and backups so they keep working when people move on, at published prices.

What nonprofits need from IT

Predictable costs, and systems nobody has to remember.

Most nonprofit IT trouble starts the day the one person who knew how something worked leaves.

Accounts that outlast people

Every staff member and volunteer gets their own account, removed the day they leave. Shared passwords go into a vault the organization owns, not onto sticky notes.

Donor and client data

Donor records, payment details and information about the people you serve, kept in systems with multi-factor sign-in and access set by role.

Email nobody can forge

Gift-card and wire scams that impersonate an executive director are aimed at nonprofits constantly. SPF, DKIM and DMARC at enforcement stop mail forged in your name.

Using what you qualify for

Microsoft and Google both run nonprofit programs. We help you use what you qualify for instead of paying list price for licenses you do not need.

Board and volunteer devices

Personal laptops and phones reach what each role needs through sign-in rules, without access to the whole file share.

Backups you have tested

Grant files, financials and program records backed up, with a restore actually tested, so a ransomware note or a deleted folder is a bad afternoon, not the end of a program.

What we found when we checked nonprofits email in El Paso and Teller County

In September 2026 we read the public email records of 821 local business domains that receive mail. These are the numbers for nonprofits. No business is named, here or anywhere.

65 of 81

Nonprofit domains could be impersonated by email (80%)

37

had no DMARC record at all, so nothing tells receiving servers to reject forged mail

6

were fully protected: SPF, DKIM and DMARC at enforcement

Start with the free email security check

Donors, volunteers and the people you serve trust email that carries your name. If anyone can send mail as your organization, that trust is what gets used against you. The check reads your domain’s public records and emails a plain-English report to an address at that domain, so it reaches the business that owns it and nobody else. Nothing is installed and nobody signs in to anything.

If it finds problems, we fix them for a fixed $495 per domain, done within a week of your go-ahead, with a before-and-after report. Run the check → · Read the full local report →

Which plan fits a nonprofit

Most small nonprofits fit Secure Office: email, accounts and monitoring handled, with engineer time only when you approve it. Published prices, a $299 one-time setup on the monthly plans, and engineer time only with your OK. Compare all plans →

An honest note on scope

We do not apply for technology grants on your behalf, and we cannot promise what a vendor’s nonprofit program will approve. Our rates are published and the same for every client.

Is there special pricing for nonprofits?

Our rates are published and the same for every client, which makes the budget easy to plan. Where Microsoft or Google offer nonprofit licensing, we help you use it, and that is often where the real saving is.

Our last IT person left and nobody has the passwords. Can you help?

Yes, that is a common starting point. We work with whoever holds the domain registration and the admin accounts to recover access, document it, and put the credentials in a vault the organization owns.

Can volunteers use their own devices?

Usually, yes, with multi-factor sign-in and access limited to what each role needs. We set it up so removing a volunteer is one step.

Is there a contract?

Front Desk and Secure Office are month to month after setup. Project work is scoped and approved in writing, piece by piece.
